Total deposit will be refunded TWO months prior to your reserved stay/ THREE months for holiday stays.
(balance is due by Nov. 1st for holiday rate period)
50% of the deposit will be refunded in the event of early cancellation up to ONE month prior to arrival/TWO months for holidays.
If reservation is canceled with LESS than ONE month notice, no cash will be refunded,
In the case of a natural disaster or major health issue, we will either give you a chance to reschedule at a later date,
or deduct a $25 service charge and refund your deposit.
But in all cases you will not forfeit ANY MONEY if you reschedule at a later date when space is available.
