INCLUDED WITH ALL SUITES (individual suite descriptions & pictures are below): Our suites are constructed using luscious hardwood beams and custom furniture, designed and built by your host, Lou. They are fully screened with overhead fans and air conditioning.  Your refrigerator is stocked with complimentary beer & juices, and two bike-style water bottles. There is plenty of purified drinking water and a stocked coffee bar. The bathrooms have plentiful hot water showers, good water pressure, fluffy towels (with extras for the pool/beach), soap, shampoo, conditioner, and Mayan Clay. We have 24-hour electricity, unlike many accommodations in this area, that is compatible to USA 110 volt. Internet, Wi-Fi, and cell phone is available for your use

Sleep soundly on your extra-thick queen or king mattress, made up daily with quality, high-count linens. Your room is equipped with CD player [we have one iPod docking station] and features separate reading lights over the bed. There is a collection of tour books and notebooks prepared by your hostess Mari of sights to see in the area. Four bicycles are available if you would like to ride into the neighboring areas to see a real Mayan village, and perhaps stop at the many shopping palapas, or have something to eat in one of the local restaurants.

is located in the west wing of the main house overlooking lush gardens. The Mayan-style waterfalls and a reflecting stream will lull you to sleep each night. Pathways lead to the jungle beyond. Soothe your mind and body in the natural open air shower built of fossilized coral stone excavated from the property. This suite is perfect for those who prefer not to live under a palapa (thatched) roof. It has the extra bonus of a private furnished lounge on the third floor that is perfect for relaxing and bird watching. ONE QUEEN BED.

are located in the casita west of the main house under a grand palapa (thatched) roof. Slide off your porch into a cenote-style pool with cascading waterfalls. Look out at the pyramid vapor lodge and tropical gardens from a hammock on your deck. Your casita is surrounded by a natural, ten-foot stone wall that adds beauty and privacy.  Suite #2 has a extra single bed with it's own fan and reading light in the back alcove. Suite #3 offers privacy, a roofless jungle shower, and a soaring palapa roof that seems to stretch to the heavens. SUITE #2: ONE QUEEN & ONE SINGLE BED. SUITE #3: ONE KING BED

has a huge private deck, outdoor table & chairs, a cenote-style pool with over-hanging hammock, and flowing waterfalls. This magnificent suite was designed as a luxury hide-away for a couple or could also accommodate a family of 4, or 2 couples. The suite's king bedroom and separate living room [with two sofas that can be converted to a king-size bed or two singles] are divided by a bathroom with a shower open to the stars; the rest of the bathroom has a transparent roof so that you always are connected with the sky and trees above. Separate vanity sinks are conveniently located outside the bathroom. ONE KING BED & TWO SINGLE BEDS OR TWO KING BEDS.
